Self-perform concrete
contractor in need of
experienced concrete
estimators.
Projects range in size
from $500k - $10
Million. Types of
projects will include
foundation packages,
structural concrete,
parking garages,
warehouse/distribution
work, health care
facilities, retail and
office buildings. Duties
will also include the
ability to manage work
by overseeing the
handling of contracts &
project documents,
handling cost reports
and assisting the
Project Superintendent
with scheduling and
running job site
progress meetings.
This
person must be organized
and have an ability to
communicate with CM's &
GC's.
Opportunities exist in
multiple location
throughout the Midwest.
Five
+ years of practical
concrete or general
contractor experience is
required along with a CE
or CM degree.
Can
answer all questions and
provide the necessary
